# Operator

> Operator is a discipline framework for working with Claude across sessions, projects, and surfaces. It's the operator's manual Anthropic doesn't ship: a set of conventions, templates, and protocols for keeping context, avoiding re-explaining your project every session, and getting consistent results from Claude over time. Built by a developer who uses Claude daily.

Operator is for solo founders, indie builders, developers, and small teams who use Claude every day and feel the friction of starting cold each session.
